The $5 is just a break even for Denise Bush, the maker of the bracelet.  It will be shipped by Jake Furie Lapin with signed Book 1, when it becomes available, as per promise for ACTIVE Participating TSOLVIXENS (Jake's Discretion).  NON-TSOLVIXENS who use this form, will NOT receive the product, and the $5 will be considered a donation.  Please be careful.
